By using the BelotPay mobile application, you agree and accept it requirements/norms, give permission for collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, renewal, use and distribution, depersonalization, destruction personal data, including using information systems in order, defined by this Privacy Policy. Processing of your personal data starts from the moment of using the BelotPay mobile application.

Our BelotPay mobile application is very versatile, so sometimes there is a need to apply additional categories of personal data used by the BelotPay mobile application.

- Android version 6.0 and above requires location determination to scan BLE devices.
- This application does not use and does not transmit data about the user’s location anywhere!
- Automatic collection of technical information. When you use mobile BelotPay app, we collect some information automatically, such as location data, your operating system type, and the time and date of your payment for travel such information can be personal data if it is direct allows you to be identified.

The BelotPay mobile application user has the right to:
